Apply to Alan Cameron at: [email protected]
You will be asked to fill in a short application form (downloadable HERE).
We will provide you with a date to meet and discuss your application, within 3 weeks.
Alan Cameron, together with a member of the ‘Stand Easy’ committee (most likely a Veteran) will meet you as arranged. The purpose of the meeting is to make sure that you are clear about the project, and that it is appropriate for your needs. We are not looking for acting skills or experience. We are looking for a commitment and a positive attitude to the 4 week project.
Once you have confirmed your interest in taking part, we will let you know whether you have a place on the project within 3 days of the meeting.
We will ask you to fill in an evaluation form. This is to help us understand how and in what way the project will be of help to you.
Between securing a place on the project and it’s start in May, it will be important for us to keep in touch with you, to answer any questions and to provide any reassurance required.
Spouses or Partners
If you would like to bring a spouse, partner or a friend to the meeting, we would welcome this. It would mean that you would have someone to talk it over with afterwards. Also, if you have a spouse or partner, and you both feel it would help if your spouse or partner was involved in the project, this can be discussed and arranged at the meeting.
All contact prior to the start of the project will be through Alan Cameron. His e-mail address is above. If you do not have easy access to e-mail, then phone contact will be arranged.
