Are you a WIS Veteran?
Do you miss being with friends who share your experiences?
Do you find yourself low in confidence?
Would you benefit from having people really listen to you?
THEN THIS IS FOR YOU!

WHAT ARE THEY?
They are enjoyable sessions where you will acquire drama skills. The confidence you build from using these skills can be transferred to your day to day life. They may lead to short performances where Veterans choose for it to do so. There will always be time during each session for socialising.
WHO WILL LEAD THEM?
They will be led by 2 community drama professionals with experience of working with Veterans. 3 drama students from the D & A College will work alongside them.
WHAT WILL YOU GET OUT OF IT?
You will definitely gain in confidence. You’ll have fun, and work in a creative, safe, supportive – but also challenging environment. You will gain a sense of achievement at having met the challenges offered. The process helps to reduce anxiety and stress, and provides a purpose and strong social support.
